Office Manager (E-commerce & Fulfillment Focus)

Location: Kearny, NJ

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management

  • Oversee and maintain a clean, efficient, and organized office environment

  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management

  • Support scheduling, meetings, and administrative tasks for leadership

 

📦 Order Fulfillment & Inventory Management

  • Process, pack, and ship customer orders in a timely and accurate manner

  • Track inventory levels and place restock orders as needed

  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy

 

🛍 Shopify Platform Management

  • Process orders and manage fulfillment workflows through Shopify

  • Track returns, exchanges, and update order statuses

  • Monitor stock levels, update product listings, and troubleshoot back-end issues

 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in office management, fulfillment, or similar operations

  • Hands-on experience with Shopify is a must

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, and cloud-based inventory tools

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, e-commerce environment

  • Strong attention to detail and a self-starter attitude
