Where We Ship
We currently ship to the continental United States, Canada, and worldwide using standard shipping services.
Free shipping is available on select items. Eligibility will be clearly indicated on the product page at checkout.
Order Processing Times
Final Sale Items
These are ready-to-ship items processed and dispatched within 4–5 business days of purchase. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
Delivery timelines will vary depending on your location.
Custom-Made & Made-to-Order Items
These are apparels that don't have "final sale" in the product title. These pieces are created specifically for you, and production begins only after your order is placed.
These items require less than 20 days for production and international shipment from Nigeria.
Once your order arrives at our U.S. warehouse, it will be processed and shipped to your delivery address, typically within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Estimated Delivery Times
Please note that all delivery dates are estimates. While we work hard to stay on schedule, timelines may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond Dua Menka’s control.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled at any time before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
