At DUA MENKA, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return options:

Return Window: You may return items within 14 days of delivery as indicated by courier notification. To initiate a return, please click here: https://duamenka.com/a/return

Return Guard Membership: Customers who opt into our Return Guard program when placing their order enjoy free returns

Return Shipping Fees: For customers not enrolled in Return Guard and opt to return an item, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges: We offer free exchanges at no additional cost to you. If you’d like to exchange an item, please reach out to us to arrange the process.


Non-Returnable Items:

Swimwear and Jewelry: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear or jewelry. 

Personalized and Custom Orders: All personalized items, including name and initial styles, as well as any custom orders, are final sale.


Return Conditions:

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.

Please take extra care when packing your items to ensure they are not damaged in transit. All returns will undergo an inspection process before they are accepted. We cannot accept returned products that have been damaged (e.g., tangled, scratched).


Defective or Damaged Items:

If you’ve received an item that’s defective or damaged, please provide photos as proof when contacting us. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping charges.
