Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the continental United States, Canada, and worldwide using standard shipping services.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on select items. Eligibility will be clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.
Processing & Delivery Times
Non–Pre-Order Items (Including Final Sale Items)
Non–pre-order items are processed and shipped within 4–5 business days of purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
Delivery time will vary depending on your location after dispatch.
Custom-Made & Made-to-Order Items
All custom-made and made-to-order pieces begin production only after your order is placed. These items require 2–3 weeks for production and international shipment from Nigeria.
Once the shipment arrives at our US warehouse, it is processed and dispatched to your delivery address. You will receive tracking information once your order is in transit to you.
Please note that delivery timelines provided are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors beyond Dua Menka’s control.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase. After this period, orders typically enter production and cannot be canceled.
Cancellation requests submitted after 48 hours will only be honored if the order has not shipped within the standard 3-week production and shipping window.
