About Us:

We are a fashion-forward retail brand with a growing archive of overstock, gently used, and sample apparel. We’re seeking a Resale Fashion Seller who is savvy with secondhand style and has experience selling clothing on platforms like Poshmark, Depop, Etsy, and ThredUp.

Key Responsibilities:

🛍 Product Listing & Merchandising

Photograph and upload product listings with clear, appealing imagery
Write compelling product descriptions, including sizing and condition details
Style and merchandise pieces to appeal to resale platform audiences

💻 Platform Management

List and manage items on Poshmark, Depop, Etsy, ThredUp, and similar platforms
Respond to buyer inquiries, negotiate prices, and manage offers
Ensure accurate tagging and categorization for searchability

📦 Order Fulfillment & Logistics

Pack and ship items promptly upon sale
Monitor inventory and remove sold items from other platforms
Track and report sales across platforms weekly

📈 Growth & Optimization

Research platform trends and recommend pricing strategies
Identify best-selling categories and suggest sourcing opportunities
Monitor performance analytics and optimize listings accordingly

Ideal Candidate:

Experience selling on Poshmark, Depop, Etsy, or ThredUp
Strong eye for fashion, photography, and presentation
Excellent written communication and attention to detail
Organized and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Comfortable using Google Sheets, mobile apps, and e-commerce tools
Passionate about sustainability and circular fashion is a plus!
