Key Responsibilities:
✅ Office Management

Oversee and maintain a clean, efficient, and organized office environment

Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management

Support scheduling, meetings, and administrative tasks for leadership
📦 Order Fulfillment & Inventory Management

Process, pack, and ship customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
-
Track inventory levels and place restock orders as needed

Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy
🛍 Shopify Platform Management
-
Process orders and manage fulfillment workflows through Shopify
-
Track returns, exchanges, and update order statuses

Monitor stock levels, update product listings, and troubleshoot back-end issues
Qualifications:

2+ years experience in office management, fulfillment, or similar operations

Hands-on experience with Shopify is a must

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, and cloud-based inventory tools

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, e-commerce environment

Strong attention to detail and a self-starter attitude
