Where We Ship

We currently ship to the continental United States, Canada, and worldwide using standard shipping services.

Free shipping is available on select items. Eligibility will be clearly indicated on the product page at checkout.


Order Processing Times

Non–Pre-Order Items (Including Final Sale Items)

Ready-to-ship items are processed and dispatched within 4–5 business days of purchase. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

Delivery timelines will vary depending on your location.

Custom-Made & Made-to-Order Items

Our custom-made and made-to-order pieces are created specifically for you. Production begins only after your order is placed.

These items require 2–3 weeks for production and international shipment from Nigeria.

Once the shipment arrives at our US warehouse, it is processed and forwarded to your delivery address. Tracking details will be provided once your order is in transit.


Estimated Delivery Times

Please note that all delivery dates are estimates. While we work hard to stay on schedule, timelines may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond Dua Menka’s control.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase. After this period, orders typically enter production and cannot be canceled.

Cancellation requests made after 48 hours will only be approved if the order has not shipped within the standard 3-week production and shipping window.

Return Policy Plus

At DUA MENKA, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return options:

Return & Exchange: Returns and exchanges can be initiated by sending us an email at help@duamenka.com
Return Window: You may return items within 14 days from the delivery date, as confirmed by the courier notification. Any defects, damages, or incorrect items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
Return Guard Membership: Customers who opt into Return Guard enjoy free returns. Return Guard does not apply to non-returnable items, such as "Final Sale" items and jewelry.
Return Shipping Fees: For customers not enrolled in Return Guard, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the refund.

 

Return Conditions
• All returned items must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with original tags attached.  Items showing signs of wear—such as perfume scent, makeup or lipstick stains, deodorant marks, stretched fabric, or visible use—are NOT eligible for a refund.
• All returns undergo inspection before approval.
• If an item is returned in a worn or used condition, the customer must provide a prepaid return label for us to send the item back.

 

Fault on Our End — 100% Refund
• If you received a defective item, we will provide a return label and issue an exchange or full refund, provided the issue is reported within 24-72 hours of the delivery date.
• Please include photos if the item arrived damaged or defective.

 

Non-Returnable Items
Swimwear, jewelry, accessories, activewear (including yoga pants and bras), personalized items, custom orders, clearance, and final sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.
